P90X Day 14: X Stretch

Daily Weigh-In: -1.2 lbs
Total P90X Weight Lost: -9.6 lbs in 14 days

I woke up extra early today to get in my X Stretch. I've decided to follow the P90X Doubles program, and I decided today's a good day to wake up early to get my body used to the earlier wakey-wake time.

What's the P90X Doubles program you ask? Well ... it's basically 2 P90X workouts per day (in addition to my half-marathon training). I am so completely fired up to get off the weight loss train by December 31, 2009. I want to go into 2010 and beyond AT GOAL, focusing on my new healthier lifestyle in maintenance mode, and not worry about constantly losing weight! Maintenance will take a whole new mindset, and I'm looking forward to the "forever" part of my transformation journey!
