P90X Day 18: Yoga X

You know, I really cannot believe I'm 18 days into P90X. It has become such an "easy" fit into my life. All I do is roll out of bed, brush my teeth, weigh-in, then go push play. It really can't get much easier than that ... all I have to do is buy a treadmill so I don't have to go anywhere for my runs when it gets cold outside! 'Cuz nothing beats running outside! :)

Michelle, I just got this program from my sister who doesn't do well with "at home" programs and am SO excited to try it now after watching your progress!!! I hope I achieve 1/2 the results you seem to be! Here's to being P90X warriors! (Cuz it looks like my butt's gonna be kicked reeeel soon!)
