I recently discovered a FABULOUS Biggest Loser podcast, appropriately called The Biggest Loser Fan Podcast. The podcast is hosted by Father Roderick from The Healthy Catholic podcast, and Cliff Ravenscraft from the Pursing a Balanced Life podcast. It's more than your typical BL fan podcast - they do recap each episode, but take it further by discussing the theme at hand, and offer tips and suggestions - often faith-based - in the show. I love the interaction between Father Roderick and Cliff Ravenscraft, and have been known to smile, laugh out loud, and nod my head enthusiastically while listening to the podcast (which reminds me - note to self, listen to podcast in private, so you aren't mistaken for a crazy person lol).

So, check them out - you won't be disappointed!

xo,

Love your blog. I've been reading alot of newish weight loss blogs lately, and I finally decided to start my own.

It chronicles the life of me, aone-time model who now, 100 lbs heavier, is a waddle.

I am a twenty-something, first-time-blogger. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Shopping in my closet is like going to the GAP– I have jeans from size 2 to size 16. My weight can fluctuate by 100 pounds. And because of this, I have been afforded the opportunity to live many types of lives over the past ten years. At my thinnest, I was model signed to a major agency in Miami. As I gained weight, I switched focus from my looks to my smarts. I graduated from law school and started working as an attorney. Now, 100 plus pounds heavier and a bona fide waddler, my memories of photo shoots and the glamorous life are a distant fog. Please join me on my journey from model to waddle and hopefully back again.
